About
With a background in industrial design and sociology, I use a qualitative research approach to ensure those we design for are at the heart of the design process. I partner with designers to tackle unanswered questions about our audience to ensure we create people-centric services and experiences.

I am currently a graduate student at UCL in the digital anthropology program. I am a former design researcher at IBM and Aritzia. At IBM, I specialized in supporting the design of healthcare and education digital experience and services. At Aritzia, I was on the digital experience team working on e-commerce initiatives.
